Creator Lab OS helps users manage, schedule, publish, and analyze content across connected creator platforms. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how users can control their connected accounts and data.
We may collect basic account and profile information you provide directly, such as your email address, workspace details, content plans, captions, scripts, assets, schedules, publishing logs, and analytics records stored in Creator Lab OS.
If you connect YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or another supported platform, we may collect account/profile data from that platform only after you complete OAuth consent. This can include platform account identifiers, account names, handles, available publishing permissions, and content or analytics data needed to operate Creator Lab OS.
OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are exchanged server-side and are not stored in the frontend. Tokens are stored securely and encrypted where configured so Creator Lab OS can maintain authorized platform connections and publishing workflows.
We use information to provide the Creator Lab OS dashboard, organize content ideas, manage scripts and calendars, upload assets, connect creator accounts, publish or schedule approved content, show publishing history, and analyze performance.
Users can disconnect connected platform accounts at any time from the Account Manager. Disconnecting removes the active connection in Creator Lab OS and prevents future platform actions unless the account is connected again.
Users can request deletion of their Creator Lab OS data or connected account metadata by following the Data Deletion page at https://creator-lab-os-5xgk.vercel.app/data-deletion or by emailing bhaktiwithrenu@gmail.com.
For privacy questions, account access questions, or data deletion requests, contact us at bhaktiwithrenu@gmail.com.
